VantagePlastics currently houses nine Rotary Thermoforming stations and one Single Station Shuttle Thermoformer. Three of the nine Rotary machines are twin sheet or pressure form capable.  Vantage can run sheet thickness from 0.030” up to 0.500” and up to 8’x12’ in size. 

Each of the machine stations carries with it the ability to report real time production data via computer stations located next to the machines. This allows for quick up-to-date information on our customers production runs as well as information relating to our internal efficiency and quality goals.
