A company came to us that needed a shipping solution for small engines. With their input, we designed a thermoformed tray used in a steel rack. The customer had concerns that the engine would jump out of its pocket during shipment, so we attached rubber straps to the tray, on one side of the engine, which could be pulled over and hooked on the other side. They hold the engine in place, the straps are attached to tray so they will not get lost, and the whole system is easy to use.
